This website reports the history and results of the Seedchange program. It is not, and must not be read as, an offer or invitation to subscribe for, buy or sell shares or any other financial product, and it is not a disclosure document under the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth). Seedchange is not currently raising funds for any company.
Results and valuations
Investment figures are the capital raised by each company through the Seedchange program. Valuations are based on directors' valuations, as at 30/06/2025. They are unaudited estimates, have not been independently verified, and may not reflect the price at which shares could be sold. Companies wound up, or in the process of being wound up, are shown at nil. Past results are not a reliable indicator of future performance.
The “value uplift” figure divides the total current value of the companies by the total ESIC tax offset available on the capital invested (20% of that capital). Whether a particular investor was entitled to the offset depended on that investor’s own circumstances.
